Here's some general info about the shipping options we offer.
When you're in Europe we can offer 3 ways of shipping:
- Belgian Post (Non Prior / Prior / Registered - Non Traceable)
- GLS Parcel Service (Registered - Traceable)
- Swiss Post
(Non Prior - Non Traceable)
When you are overseas we can only offer 1 shipping method:

Belgian Post (Non Prior / Prior / Registered - Non Traceable)
We currently do not offer UPS, DHL or FedEx - they're too expensive to make sense, allthough when you want us to ship through them, let us know and we can get back to you with a price.
We regard GLS Parcel Service as 'registered' shipping. Their shipping is traceable, shipping through Belgian Post or Swiss Post is not traceable. GLS does not ship outside Europe.
Shipping through the Swiss Post is the slowest option. It is also the cheapest.
Both Belgian Post and GLS are doing everyday pick ups.
Swiss Post does one pick up in the week, before it goes to dispatching in Amsterdam, count on 2 to 3 weeks for delivery when you opt for Swiss Post shipping. |
